He came out to our house one evening and spent a few hours with us to understand the current market, and everything else happened so fast from then on. Back in October, last year I reached out to Cameron regarding my home search. This was a referral from a friend of a friend in the area. I gave Cam my outline and timelines for what I was looking for and the areas I was looking in. We had to broaden our Horizons when we searched but overall Cameron was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful when telling me about different areas of the city and the areas outside the city. Cam understood the tight timeline and the necessity for finding a place that would be a good fit. I was (and continue to be) treated like family when it comes to our relationship. I gave Cameron a very short time line and a very small budget. Within no time at all we had quite a few on our list and we were able to inspect and "weed out" the ones we felt didn't align with what I needed. 

At the time I wasn't living in the area and I couldn't see homes myself. There was quite a few that Cameron would go and send me pictures or he would use a lot of his contacts and his knowledge to deliver me information that would help me make a decision on my own. 

He was very good at being unbiased but giving his opinion when asked especially when it came to things like how the general area was in terms of the locals. At the end of the day with Cameron's vast knowledge and numerous contacts I was able to find a home well inside my budget and after having an inspection done by a very knowledgeable gentleman (at Cameron's recommendation) I now am a first-time homeowner. 

There's not enough words to describe my satisfaction with Cameron and the process. 

When coming from a different Province, Cameron's knowledge is unmatched. Cameron's motivation and drive to get you where you want to be, is unmatched. Cameron's contacts he brings with him within the industry, are unmatched. 

If you have Cam is a great realtor with a great interpersonal skills, he’s patient , and was often available for when we wanted to go look see a place in Calgary we saw multiple places before finding my new home. I recommend business with top Calgary real estate and cam they are wonderful. question for Cameron and he doesn't know the answer (which almost never happened) he'll never give you a " I don't know" it's always " I'll find out" and he always follows through with his word. I could not recommend Cameron enough to anyone, especially if they are coming from out of province.
